Cancellation policy for all current and future appointments: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. In the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost. Clients that fail to show up to the appointment without notice will be charged a “no-show” fee which is equal to 100% at the scheduled service cost.
